How to place an order & make payment
How do I place an order?
Placing an order couldn't be easier, simply follow these steps:
1.If you already have an account with us, login using your email address and password. Don’t worry if you haven’t, you can continue to shop as a Guest
2.Click Add to basket to place the item(s) you want to buy in your basket
3.Once you have finished shopping, click checkout to view the items in your basket and to pay. If you're happy with the items in your basket, click Go to checkout or Checkout with PayPal if you have a PayPal account. You can also enter any discount codes here before you proceed
4.Enter your email address and delivery details and select your delivery method
Click Continue to payment
5.Select your payment method and enter the details
6.Read and Accept our Terms and Conditions
7.If you didn’t enter your discount code earlier, you can enter it here
8.Click Place order
An email confirmation will be sent to your registered email address to let you know your order details. It's worth checking your junk mail as sometimes they can land there
How can I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa Credit, Visa Debit and Mastercard. We also accept American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Divide Buy, PayPal and Klarna.
How do I use my Store Credit?
- Log into your VonHaus account
- Add the item/items into your basket you wish to purchase
- Go to your basket and click 'Secure Checkout'
- Complete the requested delivery details
- When you reach the payment page you will be asked to select a payment method. Underneath the available payment methods you will see the Store Credit, please select this if you wish to use it
*Please note that if your basket value is higher than your Store Credit value you will also need to pay the remainder of your balance via one of the available payment methods*
