WARRANTY FINE PRINT
What’s covered
Your Vonhaus warranty protects you against manufacturing defects and faults in materials or workmanship under normal household use. If a product develops an issue during the warranty period, we’ll repair, replace, or refund it at our discretion.
What’s not covered
Our warranty doesn’t cover general wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or neglect. It also doesn’t apply to consumable parts (such as batteries, filters, or bulbs) unless they are found to be faulty at the time of delivery.
How to claim
To make a claim, you’ll need proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt). Simply contact our Customer Service team with details of the fault, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Exclusions
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to products purchased directly from vonhaus.com or authorised Vonhaus retailers. Any modifications or repairs carried out by third parties may void your warranty.
Your statutory rights
This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer, which remain unaffected.
