Free UK Delivery* Excludes highlands & islands takes 3-5 working days, excluding weekends & bank holidays
£9.99 Large UK Delivery* Excludes highlands & islands for larger items takes 7-10 working days, excluding weekends & bank holidays.
£2.99 Next Day Delivery is available on orders placed Monday - Thursday before 1pm*
Why did I receive one item but not the other item(s) I ordered?
We choose the fastest courier for your item(s) depending on the size and weight of each item so orders are shipped separately

I am trying to have my order shipped with Next Day delivery but the option is not available. Why?
There are a number of reasons why this option may not be available, the size and weight of the item you want to purchase. There are some large items that our courier partners are not able to deliver on a next day service
Some locations such as the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, Scottish Highlands, Grampians, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands are excluded from our next day service
DHD (Direct Home Delivery) items are not available on a Next Day service as these are dispatched directly from our suppliers
What is classed as a 'large' item?
All Indoor Furniture, BBQ’s, Gazebos, Parasols, Garden Furniture, Shelving units, Fridges and any other large living items.
I have purchased a 'Shire' outdoor building, when will I receive delivery?
Please be advised, you will receive an email directly from Shire Buildings roughly within 24hours to book delivery straight onto their system.
Please ensure to check your email inbox 24 hours post-purchase in order to book your delivery.

I have purchased a 'Churnet Valley' outdoor building, when will I receive delivery?
