Where’s my order?
Have you had your dispatch email? If yes, then your order is on the way. Your courier will then directly email you a tracking reference and delivery update. Please remember to check your junk email folder

How long does it take to dispatch my order?
Standard delivery: Orders are usually dispatched within 24-48 hours
Next-day delivery: Orders are dispatched same day if ordered before 1pm
What are the delivery lead times?
Free UK Delivery* Excludes large deliveries to highlands & islands, takes 3-5 working days, excluding weekends & bank holidays
Large UK Delivery* Excludes large deliveries to highlands & islands, for larger items take 7-10 working days, excluding weekends & bank holidays.

Why did I receive one item but not the other item(s) I ordered?
We choose the fastest courier for your item(s) depending on the size and weight of each item so orders are shipped separately

I am trying to have my order shipped with Next Day delivery but the option is not available. Why?
There are a number of reasons why this option may not be available, the size and weight of the item you want to purchase. T
here are some large items that our courier partners are not able to deliver on a next-day service
Some locations such as the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, Scottish Highlands, Grampians, Northern Ireland, and the Channel Islands are excluded from our next-day service
What is classed as a 'large' item?
All Indoor Furniture, BBQ’s, Gazebos, Parasols, Garden Furniture, Shelving units, Fridges and any other large living items.

Can I track my Panther order?
Yes, you can track your delivery on this page or here. On the day of delivery, you will be able to track the driver’s progress.
How will I know the driver is on their way?
You will have received a confirmation email or SMS on the morning of delivery confirming the delivery window, your driver’s name and mobile number – should you wish to contact them. You will also receive notification when the driver is one drop away from you. They will also call you 30-60 minutes before delivery.
Can I rebook my order?
You can rebook your delivery on the web portal.
My delivery is booked, when will I receive the timeslot?
You will receive your 2 hour indicative window once your order has been routed the night before delivery. This is usually around 20.00 in the evening. Panther makes deliveries between 07.00-20.00. Please note, this timeslot is an estimate and not guaranteed.
Can I request a time window?
Panther do not normally make requests for specific time slots as it depends on what other deliveries are being made in the area on the day. In exceptional circumstances we will put forward a request with the routers, however this is only a request and we cannot guarantee this will be met.
