WELCOME SAVINGS: TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions are subject to any other terms and conditions provided on this website or otherwise by the Company at or before the time of entering the promotion. In the event of any conflict between these terms and conditions and any other published version, these terms shall prevail. By entering this promotion, each entrant confirms that he/she has read and understood these terms and conditions.

The Promotion

1. The promotion is organised by Domu Brands, 6th Floor, The Tower, Deva City Office Park, Trinity Way, Manchester.

2. The promotion may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

3. The promotion starts at 12:00 BST on Monday 30th March 2026 and will run until 23:59 BST on Monday 25th May 2026.

Promotion Entry

1. Entry to this promotion is free of charge, and no payments are required to participate.

2. To enter, participants must subscribe to the Vonhaus mailing list.

3. After subscribing, participants must complete the double opt-in process by clicking the confirmation link in the subscription email. Only after confirmation will participants receive the welcome email containing a discount code.

4. The promotion is open exclusively to new subscribers who are aged 18 or over and reside in the United Kingdom. Proof of identity and age may be required.

5. No responsibility is accepted for entries that are lost, damaged, or delayed for any reason, including but not limited to computer network and/or user error.

6. Only one entry per email address will be accepted. Multiple entries will be disqualified.

Promotion Details

1. Upon subscribing and confirming their subscription, participants will receive a unique discount code via an automated welcome email.

2. All participants will receive a discount code. The specific discount value is determined automatically by a pre-set random distribution algorithm.

3. The distribution of discount codes is as follows:

  • 50% of participants will receive 10% off orders of £100+
  • 25% of participants will receive 10% off orders of £75+, available on items featured in the What’s Hot category (https://www.vonhaus.com/vh_en/whats-hot)
  • 25% of participants will receive 5% off orders of £75+

4. The exact discount and minimum spend requirement will be revealed in the welcome email.

5. Discount codes are unique to each participant and can only be used once.

6. Discount codes are valid on all items available at https://www.vonhaus.com, unless otherwise specified in the welcome email.

  • What’s Hot category discount codes are valid only on products listed in the https://www.vonhaus.com/vh_en/whats-hot category, subject to the minimum spend requirement and any other conditions specified in the welcome email.

  • The expiry date of the discount code will be stated in the welcome email containing the offer. Vonhaus accepts no responsibility for discount codes not redeemed within the stated validity period.

  • Only one discount code can be used per transaction, and codes cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.

  • Discount codes cannot be reissued if an order is cancelled or refunded.

General

1. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any third party.

2. By entering this promotion, you are subscribing to the VonHaus mailing list. Shortly after submitting your email address, you will receive an email asking you to confirm your subscription. If you choose to opt in, your personal details will be used for marketing purposes only. You can opt out at any time.

3. Unsubscribing from the mailing list will not disqualify you from the promotion; however, you must remain subscribed until you receive the welcome email in order to obtain your discount code.
