DOMU Brands Limited - MODERN SLAVERY ACT
TRANSPARENCY STATEMENT 2026
This statement is published in accordance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (UK), which requires businesses to publicly disclose the steps they are taking each year to prevent modern slavery in their operations and supply chains.
OUR APPROACH
Domu Brands Limited sources, develops, and distributes own-label consumer goods directly from manufacturing origins in the EU and global markets. We trade through online channels directly to customers via third-party and proprietary platforms, and our products are available in the UK and EU.
We are committed to eradicating modern slavery and will not knowingly work with any suppliers, domestic or international, involved in any form of slavery, human trafficking, or exploitation. This commitment is embedded in our own Code of Conduct, which all partners must follow.
DOMU BRANDS COLLEAGUES
All new colleagues are required to read and accept the policies outlined in the Company Handbook, which covers Health & Safety, Code of Conduct, Pay & Benefits, Recruitment & Equal Opportunities, Bullying, Harassment & Anti-Bribery, and Whistleblowing.
Our recruitment processes prioritize internal promotion and direct recruitment where possible. We verify all prospective employees’ right-to-work documents, passports, and references. Wages are paid directly to bank accounts, and all employees have verified home addresses and National Insurance numbers.
When working with temporary labor agencies, we only partner with long-term, approved providers. These agencies are briefed on our high standards, and their own policies are reviewed to ensure alignment.
Since 2024, we have strengthened our presence in China by establishing a dedicated local team. This ensures ethical recruitment, robust employee support, and compliance with local pay and working conditions. This partnership enhances operational efficiency and reinforces our commitment to ethical practices and employee well-being.
DOMU BRANDS GLOBAL SUPPLY CHAIN
As we move into 2026, our focus on strong supplier relationships remains a priority. Supplier visits, which began in 2023, continue to expand, with QA, Buying, and senior management teams visiting factories and trade events to foster collaboration and understanding.
Our QA team works closely with suppliers on corrective action plans and funded social audits. All new suppliers must provide third-party audits, which are reviewed before partnership approval. Our supplier scorecards, introduced in 2024, continue to monitor and improve compliance, ensuring a consistent approach across all partners and third-party vendors.
Our updated Supplier Manual, reissued in 2025 and reaffirmed in 2026, sets out the expectation that all suppliers adhere to both the ETI Base Code and Domu Brands’ Code of Conduct. Ongoing supply chain management includes regular ethical audits, annual re-signing of codes of conduct, and close collaboration with trusted overseas partners.
COMMITMENT
Domu Brands remains committed to continuous improvement in the fight against modern slavery. By maintaining transparency, robust supplier oversight, and ethical recruitment practices, we aim to ensure that our operations and supply chains are free from exploitation.
