These terms and conditions are subject to any other terms and conditions provided on this website or otherwise by the Company at the time of entering the competition. By entering this competition, each entrant confirms that he/she has read and understood these terms and conditions.
1. The Competition
a. The competition promoter is Domu Brands, 6th Floor The Tower, Deva City Office Park, Trinity Way, Manchester.
b. The competition may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
c. c. The competition starts at 12:00 BST on Monday 15th June 2026 and ends at 10:00 BST on Monday 10th August 2026.
2. Competition Entry
a. Entry is free of charge, and no payment is required to participate.
b. To enter the competition, entrants must subscribe to the Vonhaus mailing list via the official Vonhaus Lead Gen advertisement on social media (e.g., Facebook or Instagram).
c. After subscribing, participants must complete the double opt-in process by clicking the confirmation link in the subscription email. Only after confirmation will participants receive the welcome email that confirms their prize draw entry.
d. The competition is only open to those who are aged 18+ and are UK residents. Proof of identity and age may be required.
e. The Company’s employees, their immediate families, agents, and anyone professionally connected to the prize draw are not eligible to enter.
f. The Company reserves the right to check the validity of any entry. Entries failing to comply with these rules may not be accepted.
g. No responsibility is accepted for entries that are lost, damaged, or delayed for whatever reason, including without limitation due to computer, network and/or user error.
h. Only one entry per email address will be accepted. Multiple entries will be eliminated.
3. Winner Selection
Subject to the terms set out below, one winner will be selected randomly out of all valid entries within 7 days after the competition has ended.
a. One (1) winner will be selected at random and notified via email within 7 days of the prize draw.
b. Vonhaus reserve the right to publish or make available on request, the name and county of the winner for at least 30 days after the winner has been drawn.
c. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted, there is no acknowledgment from the winner within 7 days or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, the Company reserves the right to offer the prize to any other eligible entrant.
4. The Prize
a. The prize: ABS Teal Luggage Set – 3 Piece.
b. The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
c. The prizes are subject to stock availability at the end of the competition. In the event a product is not available, it will be exchanged for something of equal value.
d. Prizes will be dispatched within 30 days of receipt of the winner's details.
e. Vonhaus are not responsible for any of the running costs associated to the prize items.
5. General
a. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by or associated with any third party.
b. By entering this competition, you are subscribing to the Vonhaus mailing list. Shortly after submitting your entry, you will receive an email asking you to confirm your subscription. Only entrants who complete this confirmation will be eligible for the prize draw. Your personal details will be used for marketing purposes only, and you can unsubscribe at any time after receiving the welcome email confirming your giveaway entry.
c. All personal data is handled in full compliance with General Data Protection Regulations.
d. The Company is compliant with the Data Protection Act and will not pass on your details to any third party without your prior consent. Further details can be found in our Privacy Policy. Please ensure you have read and understood our Privacy Policy before entering the promotion.
e. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, whose courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
