Browser Support / Trouble Checking Out
If you’re having trouble with the website we'd suggest you try the following:
- Delete your cookies and clear your caches (You can do this from the bowser settings, simply search ‘Tools' or ‘History’)
Please note that if you have items in your basket that were added when you weren't logged in, you'll need to make a note of the product name/item code as deleting your cookies may clear this history
- Once you’ve done this, close your browser, reopen it and visit our site again to proceed to purchase
- If you're still having problems, contact our Customer Service Team with the following information:
- As much detail as you can about the issue
- Screenshots of any errors / messages you get
- The web browser you're using (e.g. Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari etc.)
- The steps you've taken so far to try and resolve the issue
I’m having a problem accessing my account
Make sure you are using the same email address and password you registered with
If you can't remember your password click on the 'forgot your password' link on the sign in page. You'll be prompted to enter your email address and we'll send you an email with a link that will allow you to create a new password for your account (If an account is registered with that email)
Make sure there are no spaces at the beginning or the end of your email address
Please remember to check your junk folder just in case the link ends up there
How do I make changes to my account?
You can change the details on your account at any time in My Account
- Log into your account by clicking on the icon ‘My Account’ in the top right-hand of the page
- Once you're logged into your account, you can Add, Remove or Edit any details within your account information such as:
- Contact Information; Name, Email Address & Password
- Address Book; Default Shipping Address & Default Billing Address
- Newsletter Subscriptions and Back in Stock Subscriptions
- GDPR Consents
- Request to Forget or Export Stored Data
- Download or PrintInvoices
- Once you've made the desired changes, remember to click Save
Any changes you make to your information will not affect the details of any orders you've already placed
How do I close my account?
When you’re logged into your account, navigate to Forget Stored Data - If you wish your data to be removed from this website and connected services, fill in the form presented
