Q: Can you use this on wet artificial grass?

A: Ideally, we recommend using this product on dry grass only, as when used on wet artificial grass the wet debris can clump together and not collect properly in the collection basket.

Q: Will the sweeper pick up pet hair?

A: As long as used on dry grass it should pick up the majority of pet hair. Just make sure to keep the brush head clean for optimal performance.

Q: Can this be used on sports pitches such as cricket, football, rugby, and tennis courts?

A: First, check the installer's guidelines on the correct way to clean the sport surface. Depending on the manufacturer's guidelines we would suggest starting on the highest adjustable height setting to see which of the height setting best suits the surface. But ultimately we see no issues outside of manufacturers' guidelines in using this machine on fake grass sports surfaces.

Q: Can this be used to clean leaves, moss, petals etc. off driveways, paths, patios and decking?

A: Yes, this machine can be used for multiple surfaces. Make sure you start at the highest setting first to find out which height is best for the surface in question.

Q: Will it sweep sand out of my lawn?

A: No, the brush does not have any suction function. We have designed the machine this way to prevent any sand from being removed from the surface of your fake lawn. The machine is also fully height adjustable, so you can make sure it only brushes the top of the grass fibres rather than the base.

Q: Will this pick up small leaves and petals?

A: Yes, any small and light debris is no issue for our Artificial Grass Brush. We suggest using it in dry conditions, as wet debris can stick to the brush head and clump together. Think of it like mopping your bathroom floor before sweeping it!

Q: Is the machine self-propelled?

A: Yes, the machine will propel forward as it brushes the surface of your lawn. As you move onto lower settings, the machine's brush head will grip the surface of your artificial grass more, creating more self-propulsion. So make sure when using the lower setting to have a firm grip! Our 1800W motor is very powerful and is designed to make light work of maintaining your artificial grass!

Q: Can I use this on larger debris in my garden? Such as larger sticks, branches and stones?

A: No you will need to clear these from your lawn first. The self-propelled brush head rotates at 3500RPM at this speed picking up large sticks and stones may damage the motor, brush head and collection basket.

Q: Will this sweep right to the edge of my fence/wall/border or will it leave a gap?

A: The Artificial Grass Brush will leave a 10cm gap from any border/wall/fence due to the protective housing around the brush head and wheels. This is standard for most models on the market. A hard brush can be used on the 10cm gap to help lift the pile of your artificial lawn.
