Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?

We process orders pretty quick, which means we don’t have enough time to stop the dispatch. Don’t worry, if your order cannot be cancelled you will always be given the chance to refuse delivery on the day or return your order back to us for a refund – simply email your order number and request to our team and we’ll arrange the refund and return instructions

No, you don’t need an account to shop with us, you can checkout as a guest. You can create an account so that you can track and manage all your orders in one place and speed up the check-out process on your next orders. If you decide to create an account after you’ve placed your order, we won’t be able to add previous orders to your account

We’re an online retailer, we do not have any physical stores just yet
