Summer Picnic Giveaway - Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions are subject to any other terms and conditions provided on this website or otherwise by the Company at the time of entering the competition. By entering this competition, each entrant confirms that he/she has read and understood these terms and conditions.
1. The Competition
a. The competition promoter is Domu Brands, 6th Floor The Tower, Deva City Office Park, Trinity Way, Manchester.
b. The competition may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
c. The competition starts at 12:00 BST on Friday 19th July 2024 and ends at 12:00 BST on Monday 19th August 2024.
2. Competition entry
a. Entry is free of charge and no payments are required in order to participate.
b. To enter competition, entrant must visit Vonhaus.com and subscribe to VonHaus mailing list via on-site pop up form or the competition landing page.
c. The competition is only open to those who are aged 18+ and are UK residents. Proof of identity and age may be required.
d. The Company’s employees and their immediate families, the Company’s agents and anyone professionally connected with the prize draw are eligible to take part, however, will not be considered to win a prize.
e. The Company reserves the right to check the validity of any entry. Entries failing to comply with these rules may not be accepted.
f. No responsibility is accepted for entries that are lost, damaged, or delayed for whatever reason, including without limitation due to computer, network and/or user error.
g. Only one entry per email address will be accepted. Multiple entries will be eliminated.
3. Winner selection
Subject to the terms set out below, an online random generator will select one winner out of all valid entries.
a. Five (5) winners will be selected at random and notified via email within 7 days of the prize draw.
b. VonHaus reserve the right to publish or make available on request, the name and county of the winner for at least 30 days after the winner has been drawn.
c. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner(s). If the winner(s) cannot be contacted, there is no acknowledgment from the winner within 30 days or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, the Company reserves the right to offer the prize to any other eligible entrant.
4. The Prize
a. There are 5 prizes available: 1x Picnic Bundle and 4x Picnic blankets. Prizes include:
• 1 x Picnic bundle: Ash Picnic Holdall for 6, 10pc Glass Food Storage Containers, Waterproof Picnic Blanket and Carrier
• 4 x Green Waterproof Picnic Blankets
b. The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
c. The prizes are subject to stock availability at the end of the competition. In the event a product is not available, it will be exchanged for something of equal value.
d. Prizes will be dispatched separately within 30 days of receipt of the winner's details.
e. VonHaus are not responsible for any of the running costs associated to the prize items.
5. General
a. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by or associated with any third party.
b. By entering this competition, you are subscribing to VonHaus mailing list. Shortly after submitting your entry, you will receive an email asking to confirm your subscription. If you choose to opt-in, your personal details will be used for marketing purposes only. You can opt out at any time.
