Vonhaus Victories: Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions are subject to any other terms and conditions provided on this website or otherwise by the Company at the time of entering the competition. By entering this competition, each entrant confirms that he/she has read and understood these terms and conditions.

1. The Competition

(a) The competition promoter is Domu Brands, 6th Floor The Tower, Deva City Office Park, Trinity Way, Manchester.

(b) The competition may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

(c) The competition starts at 09:00 GMT on Thursday 19th February 2026 and ends at 23:59 BST on Wednesday 30th September 2026.

2. Competition Entry

(a) Entering this promotion is free of charge, and no payments are required to participate.

(b) To enter, participants must upload an image or video of their Vonhaus Garden Power Tool or show their Vonhaus Garden Power Tool alongside their achieved task/project whilst also tagging us using the tag #VonhausVictories on either or all of the following ways:

i. Instagram - @Vonhaus.uk

ii. Facebook - VonhausUK

iii. TikTok - Vonhaus.uk

iv. Onsite - Using the "Add Your Own" button above (no hashtag needed).

(c) The promotion is open exclusively to new subscribers who are aged 18+ and reside in the United Kingdom. Proof of identity and age may be required.

(d) The Company’s employees and their immediate families, the Company’s agents and anyone professionally connected with the prize draw are eligible to take part, however, will not be considered to win a prize.

(e) The Company reserves the right to check the validity of any entry. Entries failing to comply with these rules may not be accepted.

(f) No responsibility is accepted for entries that are lost, damaged, or delayed for whatever reason, including without limitation due to computer, network and/or user error.

3. Multiple Entries

Entries for the #VonhausVictories promotions can be made in 4 ways;

i. Instagram - @Vonhaus.uk

ii. Facebook - VonhausUK

iii. TikTok - Vonhaus.uk

iv. Onsite - Using the "Add Your Own" button above

(e)One image or/video uploaded onto one social media platform using the tag #VonhausVictories counts as one entry.

(f) Multiple entries can be made on each/all of the social accounts but the image must be different in order to count as another entry.

4. Winner Selection

(a) Subject to the terms set out below, two winners will be selected out of all valid entries:

i. One winning entry from photo submissions will be selected by Vonhaus marketing team based on creativity, originality and relevance to the brief. The judges’ decision is final.

(b) Vonhaus reserve the right to publish or make available on request, the name and county of the winner for at least 30 days after the winner has been drawn.

(c) Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted, there is no acknowledgment from the winner within 7 days or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, the Company reserves the right to offer the prize to any other eligible entrant.

5. The Prize

(a) The winning prize will be £100.00 store credit value to be used at Vonhaus.com for purchases. This amount can be spent all at once or by making multiple orders below £100.00. The store credit value is valid for 24 months from being added to the account. In order to redeem the prize a customer account must be created on Vonhaus.com.

(b) The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.

(c) Vonhaus are not responsible for any of the running costs associated to the prize items.

6. General

(a) This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by or associated with any third party.

(b) Uploads of images/videos made by users allow Vonhaus to use their assests for marketing activity/promotions. This can be but not limited to website, marketing emails, paid advertisements, social posts, email newsletters, website promotional banners and product flyers.

(c) All personal data is handled in full compliance with General Data Protection Regulations.

(d) The Company is compliant with the Data Protection Act and will not pass on your details to any third party without your prior consent. Further details can be found in our Privacy Policy. Please ensure you have read and understood our Privacy Policy before entering the promotion.

(e) These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, whose courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
